Competition Pre-Tan Instructions

  • Exfoliate 24 hours before
  • Waxing should be done two to three days prior.
  • All shaving should be done the day before your appointment. Be sure to shave your entire body.

  • Manicures and pedicures must be done before your first tanning appointment. Once you get airbrushed, your skin can't get wet! The spray tan will not ruin your nail polish.

The Day of your Tan

  • Shower
  • Do not apply moisturizer, deodorant, or makeup
  • Wear loose fitting clothing and flip flops
  • Do NOT shower, apply deodorant, or get your skin wet until after your competition
  • Bring an umbrella! It ALWAYS rains on tanning days!
